As scrolled through all your blogs this morning, I noticed a bit of a theme.
There's a lot of sunrise pictures being taken on this last day of the year. Is it because we somehow want to document the last day of 2014 with a picture?
Well, here's our morning sunrise. It's a crisp 30 degrees with a heavy frost @8:30am and the day promises lots of sunshine and a high of 47 degrees.
I'm off from work until Monday so SM and I are plotting our to-do's for the next few days.
We had enough rain that the ground is too soggy to work outside and more rain is promised for this weekend.
I know SM will be busy watching the Bowl Games and College BBall and I hope to sort through my closet and say goodbye to clothes and shoes that I will never wear again.
I expect that I'll fall asleep WAY before midnight but I can count on my hotflashes to wake me up before the ball drops so...
Goodbye 2014 and Hello 2015!!!
See you Next Year!
I am off too and yesterday dropped off several bags at Goodwill. I need to continue going through the closets for round 2.
ReplyDeleteI'll just be glad to get in round one!
DeleteMy New Year's wish to you, Tami? That 2015 brings an end to your hot flashes! You have truly suffered enough with those (and of such an intensity!), dear lady. Best wishes to you and SM (and critters) for a fulfilling, content New Year.
ReplyDeleteFrom your lips to God's ears....HA! The flashes have been tolerable lately but just this past week the intensity picked back up again and I've been SWEATING in front of patients. {{{GLOWING}}}
DeleteWow that sounds awful.
